ERF in the world

International presence

With its team of experienced professionals, ERF has worked on many social and environmental projects in Latin America (Paraguay, Peru, Brazil, Argentina, Mexico, El Salvador, Guatemala and Chile). The most recent initiatives were in Paraguay and Peru. In Paraguay, we helped to establish a sustainable building project for the Water Museum and won the international call for proposals launched by the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) to develop executive and museum design projects for three new tourist resorts in Asunción, Filadelfia and Iguazu, promoted by the Paraguayan Government’s National Secretariat for Tourism. In Peru, the UNDP awarded ERF the contract to provide technical assistance for the climate, energy and socio-environmental aspects of the Lima-Callao Metropolitan Plan, implemented by the Metropolitan Municipality of Lima. Over the last five years we have also worked in Great Britain, Portugal, Poland, Turkey and Dubai on sustainable building, sustainable territory and awareness-raising projects.

ERF has also designed and developed many projects with an international perspective. These include: the Environmental Atlas of the Mediterranean; the Latin American Forum of Environmental Sciences; the exhibitions “Inhabiting the World” (for the Universal Forum of Cultures) and “Two Million Centuries” for the Argentinian Pavilion at the Lisbon Universal Exposition; and the Enciclopedia Biosfera [Biosphere Encyclopaedia],which has been translated into English, German and Japanese. ERF has also taken part in the FEEdBACk project, a R+D+I initiative from the Horizon 2020 call from the European Comission
