Collaborate for a sustainable future: a commitment of all for Barcelona
The Citizen Commitment for a Sustainable Barcelona, approved on May 7, should make it possible to achieve a more prosperous, inclusive, equitable, resilient and responsible city by bringing together the maximum number of entities, institutions and individuals committed to a better future.
With these objectives a new line of action is activated, the challenges of the city. The first two challenges to be activated are “Let’s decarbonize” and “Let’s save water”.
ERF Energy and Sustainability carries out the tasks of Technical Secretariat of the challenges, supporting the Barcelona City Council to maximize its impact. Among many other aspects, work is being done on advising members of the challenges to promote actions that contribute to the reduction of GHG emissions and water savings.
Thus, from ERF, we encourage all entities, companies, businesses and professionals, as well as educational centers and private citizens, to adhere to both the Citizen Commitment and the Sustainable Barcelona + Challenges. Join in!
