ERF has closed the year 2022 with a growth of more than 20%, as a result of its consolidated track record of 29 years in environmental and energy consulting.
In addition, the change in the management and ownership of the company, which began 10 years ago, will be completed by the end of 2022. As of December 2022, Ivan Capdevila, a partner of the company since 2011 and CEO since 2016, has become the company’s unic partner. Ramon Folch and Núria Doladé, ERF’s founders, have completed their retirement from the company.
As a consequence of the changes, the company has a new corporate name, which reinforces its role in the field of energy transition, climate neutrality and sustainability: ERF Energy & Sustainability S.L.U.
