ISO 9001 defines the requirements of the Quality Management System © ERF
ERF has obtained the ISO 9001:2015 Standard certificate developed by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO), which determines the requirements for a Quality Management System (QMS). This system consists of a set of policies, processes, documented procedures and records that define the internal rules by which the company produces and delivers its products and services.
The Quality Management System certification (ISO 9001 standard) is added to the Environmental Management certification, which ERF obtained with the ISO 14001 standard.
